Exchange and return

Product exchange is possible in the following cases:
• Need another size
If you need another size, you need to contact us, in the message specify the order number, product ID and the required size. After that we will clarify at the factory, if it is possible to exchange the specified product to the required size. If so, than the product should be send back to us. The product has to be in its original packaging and without any traces of usage. After we receive the product, it will be send back to the factory for exchange. After we receive the required size from the factory, the product will be send back to the client's address. Payment for the product shipping back to us, as well as for the secondary shipping of the product from us falls on the client. Styles, that are custom manufacturing only, are not liable for size exchange. In such cases we can only offer 30% discount on a new pair of footwear, and help to sell the current one.
• Product has defects
Before shipping the order to the client, we always check it thoroughly for defects, but sometimes we can miss something. If this happened and you found defects, the product can be exchanged. For this you need to contact us, in the message specify the order number, product ID and provide photos, that will clearly show the defects. After that we will contact the factory and request an exchange. As soon as the factory confirms the exchange, the product should be send back to us. The product has to be in its original packaging and without any traces of usage. After we receive the product, it will be send back to the factory for exchange. After we receive the new product from the factory, it will be send back to the client's address. Payment for the product shipping back to us, as well as for the secondary shipping of the product from us falls on the client.

After that we will contact the factory and request a refund. As soon as the factory confirms the refund, the product should be send back to us. The product has to be in its original packaging and without any traces of usage. After we receive the product, it will be send back to the factory. After the factory receives the product and refunds its cost to us, we will refund money for the order back to the client. Only product cost is liable for refund, shipping cost is not liable for refund. Payment for the product shipping back to us falls on the client.

Cancel already paid order and get a full refund is possible only within 24 hours after order payment. After 24 hours after order payment, it will be forwarded to the factory and its cancellation with a full refund will become impossible. If you want to cancel the order anyway, then the refund will be possible only in the amount of 40% of the order total cost.
